Water: The Source of Life
Over twenty years of working with clients who experience skin and physical issues has taught me so much about health and wellbeing. Health truly is wealth — when even one part of us falls out of harmony, the effects ripple through our lives, often leaving us feeling unbalanced or depleted.
What Does This Have to Do with Water?
Everything.
Up to 70% of the human body is made of water — we are, quite literally, wells of water. Our physical, mental, and emotional health are all linked to the quality of that internal well.
Yet despite the incredible advances of modern medicine, rates of illness — including cancer and chronic disease — continue to rise. More people than ever before are struggling with health challenges at younger ages. While stress and our fast-paced lifestyles are often blamed, I believe we need to look even deeper — to the very water within and around us.

Just last week, I completed a 48-hour fast and, after two small meals, followed it immediately with a 72-hour fast. Until then, the longest I had ever gone without food was 24 hours. This was far beyond my comfort zone — and it pushed me physically, emotionally, and spiritually. What led me to such a drastic step?
