Lymphatic Touch is a deeply restorative treatment designed to support the body's natural detoxification processes by encouraging the movement of lymphatic fluid, helping to reduce stagnation, swelling, and congestion within the tissues. Ideal for clients experiencing swollen joints, fluid retention, puffiness, or a sense of heaviness within the body.

This unique treatment combines gentle Manual Lymphatic Drainage techniques with the powerful energetic clearing methods of Healing Touch. Together, they create a holistic approach that addresses both the physical and energetic aspects of wellbeing.

The session begins with a guided breathing and meditation exercise to begin the relaxation process that is vital to start the cleansing process.  Then a personalised hands-on lymphatic treatment tailored to your individual needs, supporting the movement of waste products and excess fluid through the body's lymphatic pathways.

The second part of the treatment focuses on off-body Healing Touch techniques, including specialised Lymphatic Clearing methods that work within the human energy field to encourage energetic flow and release.

You could even choose to just work the colon if you suffer from digestive issues to improve health and wellbeing. We can focus the massage for relieving tension in a specific area.

This 45min massage is ideal if you would like to enjoy a massage that offers more time to give attention to more than one area or a longer session on one area to allow muscles and tension to release.

Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment using pressure point technique on the soles of the feet. Reflexology benefits the whole body as the meridians of our body are connected to the soles of the feet. It is a deeply relaxing and energising foot treatment.

Reflexologists believe that the feet or hands ‘mirror’ the body and its internal organs each of which have its own special reflex. When the body has been subjected to illness, stress or injury, its systems and energy flow becomes out of balance. Reflexology helps relaxation, improves mood, aids sleep, helps to relieve tension and improves sense of wellbeing.

By treating the feet through pressure point massage, the body goes into a deeply relaxed state, assisting healing. The person receiving the treatment feels incredibly relaxed and can obtain a deep sense of wellbeing, often lasting several days. A course of 6 weekly treatments is recommended for optimum results.

You can now add a luxury foot spa in your reflexology session to make it extra special. The foot soak will contain epsom salts and minerals to draw toxins from the feet before your session. The energising and healing process of the feet will have already begun.

The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. The client, fully clothed, sits in a massage chair for the treatment. The therapist uses a range of different movements including application of deep kneading and compression movements over the neck, shoulder and scalp areas. In addition, the therapist will also gently stimulate and stroke pressure points on the face. The session will usually last forty minutes, and it is desirable to sit quietly for ten minutes once the massage has been completed.

Indian head massage is especially good for relieving stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, migraine and sinusitis. Clients report that the experience is deeply calming and relaxing, leaving them feeling energised and revitalised and better able to concentrate.

Sciatica can be very painful with sufferers experiencing a shooting pain originating in the lower back/buttock area down to the lower leg/foot. Rejuvenate therapists have been trained to apply specific massage techniques to alleviate the muscle tensions giving rise to these painful symptoms. Firm pressure is applied to specific muscles. When this is done, pain will be experienced during the sciatica massage, however the benefits will be an immediate relief and improved mobility. 4 weekly sessions are recommended to bring painful symptoms under control.
