Water The Source

Water: The Source of Life

Over twenty years of working with clients who experience skin and physical issues has taught me so much about health and wellbeing. Health truly is wealth — when even one part of us falls out of harmony, the effects ripple through our lives, often leaving us feeling unbalanced or depleted.

What Does This Have to Do with Water?

Everything.
Up to 70% of the human body is made of water — we are, quite literally, wells of water. Our physical, mental, and emotional health are all linked to the quality of that internal well.

Yet despite the incredible advances of modern medicine, rates of illness — including cancer and chronic disease — continue to rise. More people than ever before are struggling with health challenges at younger ages. While stress and our fast-paced lifestyles are often blamed, I believe we need to look even deeper — to the very water within and around us.

The Energy and Intention of Water

Years ago, I came across the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto, who photographed water exposed to different emotional intentions. When love and gratitude were directed toward the water, it formed beautiful crystalline structures; when negative energy was directed toward it, the structure collapsed and appeared dark and distorted.

This discovery deeply resonated with me. If our bodies are mostly water, then surely our emotions and thoughts influence the quality of our inner structure too. When our inner waters are balanced and resonant, this harmony is reflected in our health and in the glow of our skin. When our inner waters are chaotic or burdened, imbalance can manifest in both body and mind.

Transforming Our Inner Waters

Emotions such as grief, sadness, anger, frustration, stress and worry are part of the human experience — we cannot avoid them, but we can transform how they affect us. Through spiritual transmutation and gentle, nurturing practices, we can restore balance to our internal waters even during challenging times.

Personally, I’ve always relied on complementary therapies to support me through periods of stress, loss, or anxiety.  Energy healing, Massage, Reflexology, Indian head massage are my go to remedies.  Drawing on prayer and spiritual guidance from God has been fundamental.  Nourishing living food and water is also important and together they have all played a role in helping me return to equilibrium. I truly believe these practices are the reason I’ve maintained vitality and wellbeing for myself and my family over the years.

The Human Energy Field and Water

My work in Healing Touch therapy is centred around bringing balance and harmony to the human energy field — also known as the biofield or magnetic field. One thing has become increasingly clear through this work: the quality of a person’s energy field is directly influenced by the quality of their internal water.

A wise massage teacher once told me, “Never rush a client off the couch after a massage — the waters have been moved.”
That phrase stayed with me. Physical touch, when delivered with compassion and intention, can literally transform the energy of the body’s water. Allowing time for stillness afterwards lets those inner waters settle and integrate the healing that has taken place.

Reviving the Water Around and Within Us

In recent years, I’ve become increasingly aware of how difficult it has become to maintain high-quality, energetic water in our environment. So much of the water we drink is “collapsed” — stripped of its natural crystalline structure through pollution and over-processing. Only water from the purest, untouched sources retains its vibrant, life-giving energy, and sadly, these places are becoming rare.

Fortunately, it is possible to restructure and recharge water so that it regains its natural vitality. The process is simple — it involves restoring the electromagnetic charge that gives water its living quality. I now use specific filtration systems and other methods, to positively charge my water. The difference shows up not only in my skin but also in my energy levels, clarity, and overall sense of wellbeing, ageing at a slower rate and good quality skin and hair.

Healing the Waters, Healing Ourselves

Complementary therapies such as Healing Touch, Massage, Reflexology, and Holistic Facial Massage all help to recharge our energy — and therefore, the water within us. When we intentionally care for our inner well of water through hydration, emotional balance, and energetic healing, we create a state of flow that nourishes every aspect of our being.

When our waters are clear, life flows with greater ease.
When we tend to the source within, we return to harmony with ourselves — and with life itself

Begin Your Journey Back to Flow

If this message resonates with you, I invite you to explore how Healing Touch Therapy, Energy Awareness Guided Therapy, Energy Healing Facials, or Holistic Wellbeing Treatments can help you reconnect with balance and vitality.  I will also be offering a workshop on this topic on Sunday 25th January 2026 where you will see and learn for yourselves how the magnetic field of water and food can be tested and then positively charged.  I will be revealing my secrets to our innate power to change energy. It is very enlightening!
