Focusing on foot reflexology using the Ingram Method you will learn the profound healing benefits this can bring to health and well being. Davinder is particularly passionate about teaching reflexology as it is her specialist treatment. You will be learning from a teacher with extensive experience and knowledge in this field.

The theory for the course will all be completed and must be passed online before your practical session.

The course will cover:
Health and Safety
Anatomy and Physiology of the feet
The Ancient and Historical roots of Reflexology
Contraindications and contractions
Individual reflexes of the feet and associated reflexes
A one hour reflexology treatment sequence using the Ingham Method. The Ingham Method covers individual organs and systems of the whole body.

Once you have successfully completed this course you will be qualified to treat clients and obtain insurance.
